A popular men’s subscription box wanted 13,000 ratcheting zip belts for their autumn box. Problem: Men’s zip belts often have extremely heavy buckles. With the other items planned for the box, the client was afraid the buckle alone would put the box over their shipping weight limit. Solution: We were able to get a custom buckle made from an extremely lightweight but durable composite material that not only kept the box underweight but also under budget.
